n. (pl. tsunamis) a long high sea wave caused by underwater earthquakes or other disturbances. Etymology: Jap. f. tsu harbour + nami wave TSWANA n. (also Setswana) 1 a southern African people living in Botswana and neighbouring areas. 2 a member of this people. 3 the Bantu language of this people. Usage Setswana is now the preferred form for the language. Etymology: native name
